This CD provides the archetypes and templates and instance files covered 
in the main text of the thesis in serialized form. 

Archetypes are provided in ADL format, which is a simple text format, 
and can be viewed either in plain text with any text editor or with 
any openEHR-capable archetype editor, such as the openEHR Archetype 
Editor (http://www.openehr.org/svn/knowledge_tools_dotnet/TRUNK/Archetype
Editor/Help/index.html).

Templates are provided in OET format and can be opened with the Ocean 
Template Designer (http://www.oceaninformatics.com/Solutions/openehr-
solutions/ocean-products/Clinical-Modelling/ocean-template-designer.html). 
An evaluation license needs to be requested for it.
